For three generations, our family has shaped the landscape of Laredo, Texas, transforming raw land into thriving communities and exceptional business spaces.
It began with our grandfather, Hector Manuel Patiño, whose work in land development laid the foundation for a lifetime of craftsmanship and dedication.
His passion for building opportunity from the ground up inspired the next generation his son-in-law — Carlos Diaz, who expanded that vision into modern construction and large-scale development across South Texas. Today, Fieldbrooks carries that heritage forward through his sons, uniting tradition with innovation to create a brand defined by precision, permanence, and purpose.
